aspire one zg5 bios set up only display after power on

any body can help regarding my problem, aspire one zg5 bios set up only display after power on

only this message appear

press f2 to setup the boot and then f12 to change the boot

so i decide to format my pc

first step change boot set up into usb cd rom
second boot hdd
after save bios set up or f10 the pc reboot but nothing display on sceen or black screen only..

i try to off the pc an on again but pc still black sceen but green light power on and blower fan is on..
when i long press the power button the fan goes off ang green light...

any body know how to solved this problem...
